As a community foundation dedicated to the Fountain Valley, the Foundation seeks to assist and support residents and local agencies and organizations in promoting community good.
The Fountain Valley Foundation works to develop broad support in the form of contributions from both local and regional donors with diverse charitable interests.
In addition ,the Board of directors works with the Fountain Valley Healthy Community Initiative to identify key priorities and to act as a leader and convener to address immediate and long term community issues.
The Fountain Valley Foundation fulfills its mission for present and future generations by
Encouraging private giving for community good (welcoming both monetary donations and volunteer service);
Serving as a catalyst and resource to effectively respond to community needs;
Promoting the accumulation and stewardship of enduring charitable gifts;
Cultivating and maintaining funds,endowments and financial resources;
Preserving and maintaining the cultural and historical legacy of the Fountain Valley;
The Fountain Valley Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exepmt public charityserving the people of the Fountain Valley by cultivating and maintaining endowments,financialresources,and community giving .
